Early Diagnosis of Pine Wood Nematode Disease Based on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters and Organic Acids

Pine wood nematode disease is a destructive to the ecological environment and forest resources. The produced by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, onset rate extremely fast pathogenesis of not clear. Prevention this still important in production, so it great significance explore its early diagnosis. In study, changes chlorophyll fluorescence dynamic induction parameters, non-photochemical quenching parameters organic acid content needles 7-year-old-infected Pinus hwangshanensis were studied technology mass combined technology. results showed that group, Fm/Fo, Fv/Fo, Fm, Psi_o Pi_Abs significant downward trend, while Phi_Do, ABS/RC, TRO/RC DIO/RC uptrend. quenching, Fm Qp_L1, Qp_L2, QY_L1, QY_L2 QY_Lss upward trend. change content, ferulic acid, syringic gallic jasmonic increasing benzoic salicylic first trend then decreasing Experimental show pine had effects on photosynthesis before symptoms disease. After comprehensive analysis, Pi_Abs, TRO/RC, Psi_o, QY_L2, QY_Lss, QY_L1 acids contents are ideal indicators for diagnosis nematodiasis.
